Where are quick replies?

Open Quick replies in the sidebar.

How do I send a saved reply?

Create the reply and give it a name you will recognize. In the Inbox, open saved replies while you write and insert the one you want. You can still edit the text before you send.

What can go wrong?

Why is the list empty?

Nothing has been saved for this company yet. Create the first reply on this page. A new company does not start with yours filled in.

Why can't I create a reply?

Quick replies are for managers. If you do not see the page, ask an admin.
