Read the numbers for your company from the Dashboard in the sidebar.
Where is the dashboard?
Open Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. It is the first page after you sign in, when your role includes it.
How do I read the dashboard?
The cards and charts summarize recent conversations and activity for this company. Use them to see whether customers are writing and whether replies are going out.
What can go wrong?
Why are the numbers empty?
A new company has nothing to count yet. Connect a channel, then wait for a customer message or send a campaign.
Why can't I open the dashboard?
The sidebar hides Dashboard when your role does not include it. Ask an admin if you need it. See Limits.
