Where are automations?
Open Automations in the sidebar.
How do I run a flow?
Create a flow for one channel, add the steps, and publish it. A new run starts when that flow matches an incoming message. Open a run when you want to see how far it got. A Botinho on the same channel does not reply to a message this flow already took. See Who answers.
What can go wrong?
Why will the flow not start?
The flow may still be a draft, or the channel may be disconnected. Publish it and check Connect accounts.
Why did a run stop halfway?
A new run spends an action, and a later send spends another. If the pool is used up, the run cannot continue. An AI step spends more than a plain send. See Actions and Limits.
