Will the AI say something wrong?
It answers from the links, FAQs and documents you upload. When someone needs a person, your team takes over with the full history and hands the chat back when done.
Will it sound like a robot?
You set the tone and give botinho your products, links and promotions. It understands and answers in multiple languages, including Portuguese and Spanish.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number as it is?
You need your company's own number on WhatsApp Business through Meta's Cloud API. That number cannot stay on the WhatsApp app at the same time, and a personal chat does not connect.
Does it replace my CRM, calendar or store?
No. Built-in CRM, calendar and shop connectors are not included. You can connect your own REST API or MCP server and use the result in an automation.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Every plan has a monthly pool of actions, and an AI reply uses 50. Free covers about 60 AI replies a month and Pro about 300. At the cap, actions pause until next month or you upgrade. On Pro you can add more.
Is my customers' data safe?
We use encrypted storage, role-based permissions and GDPR-compliant infrastructure. You decide how long data stays in the system, and botinho does not store the Meta token.
