OBRA GURU SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 39.962.566/0001-30, hereinafter referred to as botinho, values the security of user data. This policy defines rules for processing personal data of visitors and users of our WhatsApp AI customer support automation services.

This policy complements the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
- User: persons who use or visit botinho.ai and the authenticated application, aged 18 or older.
- Personal Data: information that identifies or allows identification of a natural person under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018.
- Data Subject: the natural person to whom personal data refers.
- Data Controller: OBRA GURU SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 39.962.566/0001-30, operator of the botinho platform.
- Consent: express authorization of the data subject when required by applicable legal basis.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data during access to the website and application and after registration for WhatsApp automation, inbox, AI training, scheduling, and integration services.
Registration and identity
We may collect name, email, phone, company name, role, and other data necessary for secure use of the services.
Support operations data
During use, you may submit messages, contacts, conversation history, knowledge bases, playbooks, training documents, and other information linked to your account.
Payment
For paid plans, billing data may be collected and processed by the payment processor (e.g., Stripe) under its own policy.
Navigation and cookies
We may collect IP address, pages visited, session duration, and technical data via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we collect your data
We collect data when Users access the platform, register, connect integrations (such as WhatsApp Business), or submit contact forms.
We collect only information essential to service operation. Additional or sensitive data, when requested, is optional unless legally required.
4. Why we collect data
- Comply with applicable law;
- Enable access and operation of the botinho platform;
- Provide WhatsApp automation, inbox, AI, and integration services;
- Process subscriptions, billing, and support;
- Send operational communications and, when permitted, marketing;
- Investigate and prevent unlawful or abusive activity;
- Maintain infrastructure security.
5. Information sharing
Personal data may be shared with hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, AI, WhatsApp/Meta, and support providers in Brazil or abroad, in compliance with LGPD.
Data submitted to an account may be visible to other users invited by the Company, according to configured permissions.
In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, data may be transferred with prior notice when applicable.
6. How long we store your data
Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill collection purposes and legal obligations.
After account closure, storage may continue for applicable legal periods unless a different period is required by law or authority.
7. User rights
botinho ensures data subject rights under Article 18 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, and consent withdrawal when applicable.
8. Security and hosting
Personal Data may be stored on cloud infrastructure of contracted providers (e.g., Google Cloud / Firebase and related services), in compliance with applicable law.
We adopt security procedures to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is no absolute guarantee against unauthorized access in case of protection breaches.

10. Revisions to this policy
botinho may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Relevant changes will be published on botinho.ai.
When appropriate, email notification will be sent at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
