Limits
What spends the monthly action pool, when WhatsApp needs a template, and what your role can open.
Current numbers for your plan are on the pricing section of the home page and on Subscription in the app. This page does not copy them.
What spends an action?
There is one pool. These are the weights:

A plain send spends 1. An AI reply spends 10, so it costs more of the pool than a plain send. A suggestion spends 3 actions and sends nothing. Worked examples for a flow are on Actions.
When does the action pool reset?
The pool is one UTC month. Included actions reset. Purchased actions do not, and they are spent second.
Is WhatsApp on every plan?
No. WhatsApp is not on Free. Free can connect Instagram or Messenger.
When can I send a WhatsApp message?
Inside the 24-hour window, a session message can go out. Outside that window, WhatsApp needs a template.
Who bills WhatsApp delivery?
Meta bills the business for WhatsApp delivery. Botinho does not resell that fee.
What else limits a call?
A call spends one action from the pool. It also has a monthly safety ceiling and a maximum size for each payload.
Who can buy add-ons?
Add-ons are for Pro only. Free cannot buy them.
What if I cannot see a feature?
The sidebar hides what your role cannot open. Subscription and Company are for admins. Connecting a channel and editing a Botinho are for managers. Ask an admin to change your role on the Company page.
