Where do I connect a channel?

Open Connect accounts in the sidebar. This is the settings page for the channels this company uses.

How do I connect an account?

Pick the channel and finish the connection it asks for. The company uses its own number or page. When the connection is healthy, new messages show up in the Inbox.

What can go wrong?

Why is WhatsApp missing?

WhatsApp is not on the Free plan. Instagram or Messenger can be connected on Free. Move to Pro when you need WhatsApp. See Limits.

Why did the connection fail?

Start it again from this page. A channel that did not finish connecting will not deliver messages, and the Inbox stays empty.
