Getting started
Create an account and finish the four setup steps: company, channel, Botinho, and plan.
Where do I start?
Open Start free on the home page, or go to sign up. You can use email or Google.
How do I finish setup?
After sign up, botinho.ai walks you through four steps:
- Create your company.
- Connect a channel.
- Create your Botinho.
- Choose a plan.
You can change each of these later. Company, channels, Botinho, and Subscription stay in the sidebar.
What can go wrong?
What if I already have an account?
Sign in instead of creating a second one. The setup steps appear only until the company is ready.
What if a step will not continue?
Check that the company name is filled in, and that the channel finished connecting. WhatsApp is not on the Free plan. See Limits.
