Send one message to many customers, including a WhatsApp template when the window is closed.
Where are campaigns?
Open Campaigns in the sidebar. WhatsApp templates live here too.
How do I send a campaign?
Choose who should receive it, write the message, and start the send. On WhatsApp, a template is required when the 24-hour window is closed. Create that template on the templates list before the campaign needs it.
What can go wrong?
Why does WhatsApp ask for a template?
The last customer message is older than 24 hours, so a session text cannot go out. Pick an approved template and send that instead. See Limits.
Why did the campaign stop?
The action pool may be used up. Each template send spends an action. Buy more on Subscription, or wait until the included actions reset.
