Open Botinho in the sidebar.
How do I train a Botinho?
Create one, name it, and write the instructions in its own words. Add knowledge the business wants it to use, such as a short text, a link, or a file. Turn Reply without an automation on when you want it to answer on a connected channel. A live automation on that channel still runs first. See Who answers. Test it before you rely on it with customers.
What can go wrong?
Why will the Botinho not answer?
Auto-reply may be off, the channel may be disconnected, or the action pool may be used up. An AI reply spends more of the pool than a plain send. See Limits.
Why can't I edit this Botinho?
Editing a Botinho is for managers. If the sidebar hides Botinho, ask an admin.
